This notice describes how the ETX hiring application handles the information you submit.

Information you provide

The form collects your contact details, preferred role and location, experience, availability, desired pay and any optional résumé or additional information you choose to share.

How it is used

East Texas Collateral Recovery uses this information to review your application and contact you about employment. Submitting an application does not guarantee an interview or a job offer.

Where it is stored

Application records and uploaded résumés are stored in this hiring site’s database and file storage, hosted privately through Vercel. They are not published on the website or sent to the previous Jotform application.

Access and questions

The hiring inbox is restricted to the authorized ETX reviewer. To ask about your application, request a correction or ask for deletion, contact info@etxrepo.com or call (844) 800-ETCR.

Keep sensitive documents out

Do not submit Social Security numbers, banking information, driver’s license scans or other identity documents through this form.
